Job Description

We are looking for a Growth Executive to join our team and work closely with the founding team on customer acquisition, market expansion and business growth.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys finding opportunities, talking to customers, experimenting with different approaches and turning ideas into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

- Research potential customers and target markets

- Identify and generate new business opportunities

- Reach out to potential customers through calls, messages and other channels

- Drive customer acquisition and lead conversion

- Explore and test new growth channels

- Conduct market and competitor research

- Build and maintain prospect pipelines

- Track growth and outreach activities

- Analyse results and identify areas for improvement

- Support partnerships and business development initiatives

What We're Looking For

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proactive approach and willingness to take ownership

- Comfortable speaking with new customers and businesses

- Good research and problem-solving abilities

- Interest in startups, technology, sales and business growth

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment

- 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred
