Role Overview:
We are looking for dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Executives and Relationship Managers to promote CASA products and manage customer relationships. The candidate will be responsible for field sales, client acquisition, and achieving business targets.
Acquire new customers for CASA (Current Account / Savings Account) products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Conduct field visits to meet prospects and convert leads into customers.
Cross-sell additional banking products such as Insurance, HL/LAP when required.
Achieve monthly sales targets and submit daily activity reports.
Provide excellent service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Age: Up to 35 years
Education: Any graduate
Experience:
Freshers: up to 2.8 LPA
Experienced BDE: up to 4.5 LPA
Relationship Manager: up to 5 LPA
Two-wheeler is mandatory
Strong communication skills and ability to handle field sales.
Experience in CASA sales / Insurance sales
Ability to cross-sell Home Loans, LAP
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Target-oriented and self-driven attitude
