Business Development Executive – Diskounto Holidays
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join Diskounto Holidays. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting local businesses and shopkeepers, explaining our travel and franchise services, and converting prospects into active partners. The role requires strong communication skills, confidence in field sales, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships. Candidates should be comfortable with target-based work and daily market visits. Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Responsibilities:
Visit shops and businesses for lead generation
Explain company services and franchise model
Convert leads into sales and franchise partners
Maintain daily follow-up with prospects
Build strong customer relationships
Achieve monthly sales targets
Coordinate with the sales team and management
Requirements:
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic smartphone and WhatsApp knowledge
Ability to work in field sales
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Fresher and experienced both can apply
