Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive responsible for promoting and selling construction chemicals and waterproofing solutions. The candidate will be required to visit project sites, contractors, builders, and clients to generate business and maintain relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit construction sites, contractors, builders, and consultants to generate new leads
Promote company products such as waterproofing chemicals, admixtures, coatings, etc.
Explain product benefits and provide technical guidance to clients
Generate enquiries and convert them into sales
Coordinate with the operations team for execution of waterproofing services
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Prepare daily visit reports and update sales activities
Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections
Skills Required:
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of construction chemicals / waterproofing (preferred)
Ability to work in field and travel locally
Strong negotiation and sales skills
Basic understanding of site work and construction process
Qualification:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (from B.Tech)
Diploma/Civil background will be an added advantage
