About the Role

CrewManpower Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Business Development Executive to generate B2B clients and grow our staffing & recruitment business. The role involves field visits, client meetings, lead generation and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential B2B clients such as companies, factories, hospitals, offices and SMEs.

• Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, references and online research.

• Connect with HR Managers, business owners and decision-makers.

• Understand manpower requirements and explain our staffing services.

• Arrange client meetings and prepare basic proposals/quotations.

• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into clients.

• Coordinate with the recruitment team to fulfil client requirements.

• Maintain daily records of calls, visits, leads and follow-ups.

• Achieve monthly lead-generation and client-acquisition targets.

Requirements

• Graduate in any stream; BBA/MBA preferred.

• 0–1 year experience in sales, BDE, recruitment or staffing preferred.

• Freshers are welcome.

• Good English communication and convincing skills.

• Target-oriented and confident personality.

• Comfortable with field visits and local travel.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence mandatory.

• Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Email.
