Job Title: Business Development Executive (Sales) – Door-to-Door Visits

Location: MUMBAI ( candidates comfortable for relocation )

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (Sales) to promote and sell holiday packages through direct customer interactions. The candidate will be responsible for conducting door-to-door visits, converting leads, explaining travel packages, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

1.Conduct door-to-door visits in assigned areas to promote holiday and travel packages.

2. Converting leads into sale

3. Explain holiday packages, membership plans, and travel offers to customers.

4. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

5. Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable packages.

6. Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.

7. Follow up with interested customers and close sales.

8. Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.

9. Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional events.

Required Skills

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Strong sales and negotiation abilities.

3. Confidence in interacting with customers face-to-face.

4. Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

5. Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

6. Basic knowledge of travel and tourism industry is preferred.

Qualifications

1. Graduate in any field \ MBA Preffred

2. Prior experience in field sales, direct sales, travel sales, or customer service will be an advantage.
