Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations both physically (face-to-face) and virtually to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Negotiate commercial terms and assist in closing business deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business growth opportunities.
- Represent the company at business meetings, exhibitions, networking events, and conferences.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and post-sales coordination.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business development targets.
- Submit regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and market feedback to the reporting manager.
