Key Responsibilities:
•	Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, social, and institutional event segments.
•	Generate leads through networking, cold calling, research, and participation in industry events.
•	Build and maintain strong client, vendor, and partner relationships.
•	Develop and deliver customized proposals and presentations to potential clients.
•	Collaborate closely with creative and operations teams for seamless event execution.
•	Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
•	Maintain an updated database of leads and track all client interactions using CRM tools.
•	Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and emerging business opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in event management or hospitality).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong networking abilities and proactive outreach mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
