Business Development Executive

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can onboard jewellery retailers, build strong relationships, and drive adoption of the BRIIO platform.

This role is a mix of sales, relationship building, and market understanding within the jewellery industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Retailer Acquisition

• Identify and connect with jewellery retailers (offline & online)

• Present BRIIO platform and explain its benefits clearly

• Convert leads into active subscribers

2. Product Demonstration

• Show how the BRIIO platform works (catalogue, ordering, sharing)

• Help retailers understand how to use it to increase sales

• Conduct online/offline demos

3. Relationship Management

• Build long-term relationships with jewellers

• Act as a single point of contact for assigned clients

• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention

4. Sales & Revenue Growth

• Achieve monthly/quarterly onboarding targets

• Upsell subscription plans or services when relevant

• Track and report sales performance

5. Market Feedback

• Collect feedback from retailers

• Share insights to improve product and offerings

• Stay updated with jewellery market trends
