Field Sales Executive

Location: Pune

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives

About the Role:

We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executives to promote and onboard retailers for Rocket Pay Software. The candidate will be responsible for visiting mobile shops, electronics stores, and retail outlets to explain the software and generate business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit retail shops and potential clients in assigned areas

• Explain features and benefits of Rocket Pay Software

• Generate leads and convert them into active clients

• Build strong relationships with retailers and distributors

• Achieve monthly sales targets

• Conduct product demos and assist in onboarding

• Maintain daily visit and sales reports

• Requirements: Male candidates preferred

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling

• Field sales experience will be an added advantage

• Must own a bike and valid driving license

• Comfortable with field work and travelling locally
