Job Role:
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition and business development in Kancheepuram and nearby industrial/business areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new corporate, SME and individual clients.
Conduct field visits, cold calling and client meetings.
Generate leads and convert prospects into insurance clients.
Develop relationships with companies, business owners and decision-makers.
Promote General Insurance products including Motor, Health, Property, Marine, Liability and other commercial insurance.
Achieve monthly business and client-acquisition targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update CRM/daily activity reports.
Preferred Profile:
Experience in B2B Sales / Field Sales / Insurance / Banking / Financial Services preferred.
Good communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
Strong local market knowledge and willingness to travel.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Immediate Joiners preferred.
