Business Development Executive

BFOUR LifeCore Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and self-motivated Business Development Executive to drive lead generation and business growth. The candidate will be responsible for visiting corporate offices, business establishments, institutions, clinics, and other potential customers to introduce our premium health and wellness products.

The role offers excellent earning potential through incentives on successful lead conversions and scheduled product demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit offices, corporate establishments, clinics, fitness centers, and institutions to generate business opportunities.

• Identify prospective customers and decision-makers.

• Introduce and pitch company products professionally.

• Schedule product demonstrations and meetings.

• Generate qualified leads and maintain lead records.

• Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings.

• Build strong relationships with potential clients.

• Coordinate with the sales team for product demonstrations and closures.

• Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.

• Maintain daily activity and visit reports.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confidence in face-to-face client interactions.

• Basic knowledge of sales and business development.

• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

• Proficiency in Hindi and basic English communication.

• Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Male candidates preferred.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, business development, lead generation, or marketing.

• Own smartphone and willingness to travel within Delhi NCR.

• Positive attitude and strong learning mindset.
