We are looking for a dynamic and technically inclined Business Development Executive (Male). The role involves technical field selling, relationship building with architects, consultants, and project stakeholders, and ensuring consistent business growth through a positive, professional approach.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a good understanding of products or solutions, and an easy-going yet persuasive attitude to engage with a wide range of clients confidently.
· Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term relationships with clients such as architects, consultants, electrical contractors, and end-users.
· Demonstrate and promote solutions with confidence and clarity.
· Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements.
· Work closely with internal teams for quotations, proposals, and product presentations.
· Follow up with clients on leads, quotations, and project updates to ensure timely closures.
· Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and seminars when required.
· Maintain detailed reports of client interactions and sales progress.
· Contribute ideas to improve marketing materials, presentations, and promotional strategies.
· Sound understanding of product and solutions (training will be provided).
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Pleasant, easy-going personality with the ability to connect quickly with clients.
· Strong presentation and persuasion skills.
· Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
· Comfortable with frequent field visits and handling multiple client meetings per day.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and digital communication tools.
• Graduate / Diploma in any discipline preferred.
• MBA or Diploma in Marketing will be an added advantage.
• 1–3 years of experience in technical sales or business development preferred.
• Freshers with a good learning attitude and communication skills can also apply.
• Office Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Primarily a field-based role involving client visits and project follow-ups.
Salary commensurate with experience and performance-based incentives.
