Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to overall sales strategies. The ideal candidate is proactive, persuasive, and skilled in market research and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

• Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients

• Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve revenue targets

• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to align business strategies

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis

• Attend industry events, meetings, and conferences to expand professional network

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (preferred)

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships

• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Services (Mutual Funds, Equity, Stock, Insurance)

• Familiarity with digital marketing or lead generation tools

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
