We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced CRM – Customer Relationship Management (Cutover) professional to join our team.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain customer relationships across assigned accounts

• Handle CRM cutover activities, data migration, and system coordination

• Coordinate with sales, accounts, and operations for order processing

• Track customer queries, complaints, and ensure timely resolution

• Maintain and update CRM data, reports, and MIS

• Support business continuity during CRM transition or upgrade phases

• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company processes

📝 Requirements:

• Proven experience in CRM / Customer Relationship Management

• Experience in pharmaceutical industry preferred

• Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills

• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools
