Job Title:
Area Business/Therapy associate – RAD
Salary range:- 5 lacs plus outcome based allowance structure and incentive
Key Responsibilities:
· Facilitate Bayer’s efforts to promote RAD products to appropriate target customers within the designated region according to the strategy presented to the agency.
· The agency will oversee the timely execution of operations among the pertinent target consumers in accordance with the promotional plan periodically provided by Bayer, including the utilization of materials supplied by Bayer CH.

· Comply with local rules, industry standards, and corporate policies and code of conduct.
· Align with Bayer's sales strategy in conjunction with the activities designed for Bayer Radiology product(s) within the specified region.
Major Tasks:
1. Explore to expand the consumer base in accordance with Bayer's promotional campaign via XXXX information sources.
2. Evaluate the adoption and monitoring of the designated customers for Bayer Radiology and continuously update the coverage list as
necessary.
3. Ensure adherence to the promotional plan for Bayer Radiology products to the designated customers at specified intervals to
enhance customer confidence in Bayer Radiology products.
4. Organize and execute designated promotional activities with customers as directed by Bayer periodically, and present a
report/ account for the executed activity.
5. Document daily activities, including all customers in the designated CRM Tool or manually, incorporating details on Product Safety,
Pharmacovigilance (PV), and Quality Assurance (QA) as instructed.
6. Conduct a market survey of competitive products with in the designated region and report the findings to Bayer Radiology or an
appointed representative thereof.
7. Acquire knowledge about the medical and clinical aspects, knowledge of the Bayer Radiology products, features and benefits vis-
à- vis competition and continuously update the same.
8. Coordinate with other Bayer Radiology stakeholders in the assigned territory and ensure that the availability and visibility of Bayer Radiology
products are continuously improving and sales are continuously growing in volume.
