We are looking for a responsible and target-oriented Team Leader to manage and guide a field sales team in the Logistics sector. The candidate will be responsible for team handling, lead follow-ups, customer acquisition, sales conversions and achieving monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage, guide and motivate the field sales team.
• Allocate leads and follow up with team members regularly.
• Monitor daily team performance and sales activities.
• Ensure achievement of daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Follow up on leads and support the team in closing sales.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct field visits and assist team members whenever required.
• Identify new sales opportunities and develop local market strategies.
• Train new team members on sales processes and customer handling.
• Maintain daily sales reports and share performance updates with management.
• Maintain and update the customer/lead database.
• Handle customer queries and resolve basic sales-related issues.
