Stay in the assigned store for the full shift (8–9 hours).
Ensure continuous availability of all RTE SKUs on shelves and back stock.
Conduct regular replenishment and maintain proper FIFO.
Monitor near-expiry products, damages, and coordinate return/exchange.
Liaise with store teams for stock inward & order placements when needed.
Maintain correct shelf arrangement as per planogram throughout the day.
Ensure MRP, price labels, shelf strips, and branding material are in place.
Keep the display neat, clean, and attractive at all times.
Track and report any brand visibility issues immediately.
Build healthy relationships with floor staff, supervisors & managers.
Secure better shelf space and push for secondary placement when possible.
Resolve store-level issues through coordination.
Execute sampling, in-store offers, combo packs, and promotional branding.
Ensure promo tags are updated & visible.
Share real-time updates and feedback on offer performance.
Daily end-of-day report including:
➤ Shelf photos
➤ Stock counts
➤ Replenishment done
➤ Competitor activity
➤ Issues raised
Weekly beat plan: rotating 6–10 stores, one store per day.
Monitor competitors’ products, offers, shelf space, and new launches within each store.
Provide actionable insights to the sales team.
1–3 years of merchandising experience in FMCG (RTE preferred).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficient in smartphone reporting (WhatsApp/CRM).
Ability to stand and operate in-store for long hours.
Full-day in-store role (8–9 hours).
Weekly roster covering 6–10 stores, each visited once per week.
