Job Summary:
The Branch Sales Incharge will be responsible for driving sales, managing key customers, and overseeing day-to-day sales operations at the branch. The role focuses on achieving revenue targets, improving customer service, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, operations, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve branch sales targets and generate new business for courier and express services.

• Manage and grow key accounts and ensure timely resolution of customer queries.

• Lead and guide the branch sales team to improve performance and productivity.

• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth pickup, delivery, and service quality.

• Prepare sales reports, follow up on outstanding payments, and maintain MIS.

• Conduct market visits to identify new opportunities and competitors’ activities.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain branch discipline.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

• 3–6 years of experience in sales/logistics/courier industry.

• Strong communication, customer handling, and team management skills.

• Good knowledge of local market and corporate sales.
