Job Summary

Realmaker is looking for a Sales Branch Head to lead the Ratlam sales team, drive business growth, manage branch sales operations, and achieve monthly targets in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies for the Ratlam market.

• Monitor daily sales activities, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

• Handle key customers and support the team in closing deals.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

• Coordinate with marketing and management teams for lead generation.

• Prepare and share regular sales performance reports with management.

• Ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations at the branch.

Requirements

• Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.

• Experience: 3–7 years in sales, preferably in real estate.

• Strong team leadership and target-achievement skills.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

• Good knowledge of the Ratlam real estate market will be an advantage.
