​Key Responsibilities (Mukhya Zimmedariyaan)

• ​Sales Leadership: Branch ke monthly aur yearly sales targets ko achieve karne ke liye strategy banana.

• ​Team Recruitment: Agency Managers aur Financial Advisors ki ek kabil team ko hire aur train karna.

• ​Business Development: Market mein naye business opportunities pehchanna aur HNI (High Net-worth) clients ke saath rishte banana.

• ​Performance Monitoring: Team ki daily activities aur productivity ka track rakhna aur unhe sahi direction dena.

• ​Compliance & Persistency: Ye ensure karna ki saara business ethics ke saath ho aur purane customers apni policies renew karwate rahein.

• ​Customer Service: Branch level par aane wali queries aur complaints ka turant samadhan nikalna.

​Candidate Profile (Kaisa candidate chahiye?)

• ​Experience: Life Insurance sales mein kam se kam 5-8 saal ka experience (jisme 2-3 saal leadership role mein ho).

• ​Skills: Sales management, recruitment skills, aur pressure mein kaam karne ki kabliyat.

• ​Education: Graduate (MBA Marketing ko preference di jayegi).

• ​Local Network: Local market aur geography ki gehri samajh honi chahiye.
