Key Responsibilities
Leading ,Motivating and Ensuring team for Coordination of achieving the Organizational Goals. Allocating Targets to the Branches – Monitoring & Reviewing the Daily, Weekly & Monthly basis for the Branch Business Profitability in terms of Sales & Collections. Compiling MIS on daily basis which requires to send HO.
