Branch Sales Manager

Job Summary:

The Branch Sales Manager will be responsible for driving car loan business at the branch level, managing the sales team, achieving disbursement targets, and ensuring high-quality customer acquisition. The role requires strong leadership, sales expertise, and knowledge of auto loan products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive car loan sales and achieve monthly & quarterly business targets

• Manage and lead a team of Team Leaders, Sales Executives & Telecallers

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share

• Build and maintain relationships with car dealers, DSAs, and channel partners

• Ensure quality sourcing and adherence to credit & compliance policies

• Monitor team performance and provide training, guidance, and motivation

• Track daily sales activities, logins, approvals, and disbursements

• Coordinate with credit, operations, and backend teams for smooth processing

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery

• Handle escalations and resolve customer or partner issues

Qualification:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)

Experience:

• Minimum 1–2 years in sales, preferably in car loans / auto finance / banking NBFC sector

• At least 1–2 years of team handling experience
