Job Description:

We are hiring enthusiastic and target-oriented candidates for the CASA Sales Officer / CASA Executive position at Axis Bank.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Acquire new Current Account (CA) and Savings Account (SA) customers.

• Generate leads through field visits, references and local market activities.

• Explain banking products and services to customers.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Promote banking products such as Fixed Deposits, Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Home Loans and Insurance.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.

• Assist customers with account opening and KYC documentation.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Age: 21–28 years.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Sales and marketing skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Skills Required:

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Customer relationship management.

• Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.

• Willingness to travel for field sales activities.
