Job Description – Boutique Marketing Executive

Position: Boutique Marketing Executive / Customer Relationship Executive
Employment Type: Commission-Based

Job Responsibilities

• Invite and bring new customers to the boutique.

• Promote the boutique and its latest collections through calls, WhatsApp, social media and personal networking.

• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers.

• Follow up with customers and encourage them to visit the boutique.

• Inform customers about new arrivals, offers, discounts and special collections.

• Generate customer leads and convert them into boutique visits and purchases.

• Maintain regular follow-up with customers and develop a strong customer network.

• Represent the boutique professionally and communicate politely with customers.

Commission & Earnings

• Commission will be provided on purchases made by customers referred by you.

• Commission will be calculated based on the actual purchase/sale generated through your customer reference.

• Commission percentage is negotiable and will depend on your performance, customer generation and sales results.

• Higher customer engagement and sales can lead to higher earning potential.

Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Confident and presentable personality.

• Ability to interact with customers and build relationships.

• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and social media.

• Experience in boutique, fashion, retail, sales or marketing will be an advantage.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
