Job Title: Field Business Development Associate (BDA)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Field Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team. The role involves on-ground recruitment of domestic help (maids) and ensuring their successful onboarding through interviews and training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field activities to identify and approach potential maid partners

• Explain job opportunities, benefits, and onboarding process to candidates

• Ensure candidates attend scheduled interviews and training sessions

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential hires

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding

• Track daily progress and meet hiring targets

Requirements:

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Comfortable with fieldwork and traveling locally

• Ability to meet targets and deadlines

• Basic understanding of recruitment/onboarding processes (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in field sales, recruitment, or business development

• Familiarity with local areas and communities
