Job Description – Sourcing Executive | RVSF

Company: Johar Motors Private Limited
Division: RVSF – Vehicle Scrapping Business
Location: Sikri, Faridabad

We are looking for a Sourcing Executive to join our RVSF team. The role is responsible for sourcing scrap/end-of-life vehicles, developing customer relationships, generating leads, negotiating prices, and closing vehicle sourcing deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads for scrap/end-of-life vehicles through various sources.

• Make outbound calls and follow up with potential customers.

• Visit customers/vehicle owners and inspect vehicles when required.

• Negotiate vehicle prices within approved limits and close sourcing deals.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with vehicle owners, dealers, fleet operators and other sources.

• Coordinate with the operations team for vehicle inspection, documentation and pickup.

• Maintain accurate sourcing and customer records.

• Achieve monthly lead generation, sourcing and conversion targets.

Job Requirements

• Qualification: Below 10th / 10th / 12th / Graduate.

• Experience: 0–6+ years in automobile sales, vehicle sourcing, scrap business, telesales, field sales or lead generation.

• Good communication, negotiation and deal-closing skills.

• Target-oriented with strong follow-up ability.

• Hindi is mandatory; basic English preferred.

• Ability to use smartphones, WhatsApp and basic computer applications.
