We are looking for a motivated and energetic On-Field Sales Executive to expand our dealer and distributor network for lithium battery packs, BMS, chargers, and EV-related products. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets through field visits.

• Bachelor's degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years of experience in field sales, business development, or dealer sales (Battery, EV, Solar, Electrical, or Automotive industry preferred).
• Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to travel may also apply.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to generate leads and convert them into customers or dealers.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license and own two-wheeler (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and mobile applications for reporting.
• Ability to prepare daily visit reports and maintain customer records.
• Strong problem-solving and customer relationship management skills.
• Basic understanding of lithium batteries, EV products, BMS, chargers, or electrical products is an added advantage.
