Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Tractor Sales

Location: Rohtak, Haryana

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell Massey Ferguson tractors in Rohtak and nearby areas. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting farmers and rural customers, conducting product demonstrations, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits in villages, agricultural markets, and rural areas to identify potential customers.

• Promote and sell Massey Ferguson tractors and related products.

• Generate new leads through direct customer interaction and referrals.

• Explain product features, benefits, financing options, and schemes to customers.

• Conduct tractor demonstrations and test drives for prospective buyers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and influencers.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Collect customer feedback and provide market intelligence to management.

• Maintain daily visit reports and sales records.

• Coordinate with finance and delivery teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and vehicle delivery.

• Participate in local events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 10th/12th Pass or Graduate.

• Experience in automobile, tractor, agricultural equipment, or field sales preferred.

• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

• Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively in field areas.
