The Associate Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships through the Direct/Loyalty Channel of a life insurance company. The role involves connecting with existing and prospective customers, understanding their financial protection needs, providing suitable insurance solutions, and generating business through relationship-based selling. The position focuses on customer engagement, cross-selling, upselling, renewals, and long-term relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Contact customers through company-provided leads/database.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable life insurance solutions.

• Generate appointments and meet customers for business conversion.

• Cross-sell and upsell insurance products to existing customers.

• Ensure regular follow-ups and customer servicing.

• Achieve monthly business goals through direct customer engagement.

• Maintain proper records and daily activity reports.
