We are looking for a Associate Busiess Development Manager to join our team at AXIS MAX LIFE INSURANCE. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹21,000 - ₹24,000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, onboard, and manage insurance advisors/partners.

• Generate new business through leads, references, and market visits.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and advisors.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

• Guide and motivate the team/partners to achieve business goals.

• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful policies.

• Explain suitable HDFC Life insurance solutions as per customer needs.

• Maintain regular reporting and track business performance.

• Ensure proper customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6+ years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
