Job Summary

The Associate Agency Development Manager (AADM) is responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing a team of Insurance Advisors (Agents) to generate life insurance business. The role focuses on driving advisor productivity, achieving business targets, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit and onboard Insurance Advisors.

Train, mentor, and motivate advisors to build a productive sales team.

Drive life insurance sales through the Agency Channel.

Support advisors during customer meetings and sales closures.

Conduct joint field visits and sales activities with advisors.

Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.

Develop new sources for advisor recruitment.

Maintain strong relationships with advisors and customers.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Prepare daily activity reports and business performance updates.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any discipline.

Minimum 1 year of field sales experience (Insurance, Banking, Telecom, Retail, FMCG, Pharma, Automobile, Real Estate, Hospitality, etc.).

Age: 23–39 years (may vary by location and hiring policy).

Good communication and relationship-building skills.

Must be willing to work in field sales.

Local candidates will be preferred.
