Recruit & Build: Source, onboard, and build a

high-quality team of independent Insurance Advisors and Business Associates.

Drive Field Sales: Hit the ground to achieve revenue

targets for Fixed Deposits and Insurance (Life & General).

Coach & Manage: Mentor your agent network daily to drive their productivity, motivation, and sales activation.

Own the Market: Build local distribution networks and manage key partner relationships.
