Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6+ years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Agent Recruitment
Find and use different ways to hire new agents.
Build and maintain a strong agent team and hiring pipeline.
Conduct activities to increase agent walk-ins and get referrals for new agent hiring.
Follow MNYL GOLD recruitment process and company rules.
Hire agents as per the 9-point hiring checklist and other company guidelines.
Agent Development
Ensure agents understand products through MNYL training methods and field demos (FODs).
Help agents improve prospecting, calling, and daily work habits.
Support agents in planning their work and reviewing their performance regularly.
Identify training needs and coordinate with trainers to improve agent skills.
Business Target Achievement
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly business targets.
Improve agent productivity and policy persistency through regular reviews (PRP / IID / GID).
Ensure correct product mix as per company guidelines.
Make sure agents stay active and work as per the business plan.
Customer Focus
Act as a brand representative and put customers first.
Follow MNYL sales practices to build long-term customer trust.
Conduct regular customer meetings to understand their needs.
Ensure customer queries are resolved on time as per company standards.
