Associate Agency Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Development: Identify and recruit new insurance advisors/agents to expand the agency network.

• Sales Management: Drive new business premium (NBP) to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Training & Support: Provide training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance to improve advisor productivity and activation ratios.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and customers to ensure high persistency and renewal rates.

• Operations & Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with IRDA regulations and company policies.
