Job Title: Associate Manager – CASA (Current Account Savings Account)

Department: Retail Banking / Liabilities
Location: Delhi, gurugram
Reports To: Branch Manager / Area Sales Manager

Job Summary

The Associate Manager – CASA is responsible for driving sales and growth of Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) products through new customer acquisition, relationship management, and cross-selling of banking products. The role focuses on achieving business targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

• Acquire new CASA customers through direct sales, cold calls, referrals, and corporate tie-ups.

• Meet and exceed assigned CASA growth and balance targets.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across retail and SME segments.

• Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify potential customers.

2. Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure account activation and retention.

• Provide personalized banking solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Ensure high level of customer service and timely resolution of queries or complaints.

3. Cross-Selling & Revenue Generation

• Cross-sell bank products such as term deposits, insurance, mutual funds, loans, and digital banking solutions.

• Maximize revenue per customer through effective portfolio management.

4. Compliance & Risk Management

• Adhere to KYC, AML, and all regulatory and bank compliance guidelines.

• Ensure proper documentation and verification of all accounts opened.

• Monitor and report suspicious transactions as per policy.

5. Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and performance dashboards.

• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, credit, compliance) for smooth account opening and service delivery.

• Participate in branch and regional sales meetings and training sessions.
