The Associate Manager – CASA is responsible for driving sales and growth of Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) products through new customer acquisition, relationship management, and cross-selling of banking products. The role focuses on achieving business targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
Acquire new CASA customers through direct sales, cold calls, referrals, and corporate tie-ups.
Meet and exceed assigned CASA growth and balance targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities across retail and SME segments.
Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify potential customers.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure account activation and retention.
Provide personalized banking solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Ensure high level of customer service and timely resolution of queries or complaints.
Cross-sell bank products such as term deposits, insurance, mutual funds, loans, and digital banking solutions.
Maximize revenue per customer through effective portfolio management.
Adhere to KYC, AML, and all regulatory and bank compliance guidelines.
Ensure proper documentation and verification of all accounts opened.
Monitor and report suspicious transactions as per policy.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and performance dashboards.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, credit, compliance) for smooth account opening and service delivery.
Participate in branch and regional sales meetings and training sessions.
