Job Position:

Associate Agency Development Manager (AADM)

Job Location:

Uttar Pradesh

Bihar

Madhya Pradesh

Maharashtra

Rajasthan

Delhi NCR

(Multiple Locations Across India)

Salary & Benefits:

Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Performance Incentive: Up to ₹20,000 per month

Petrol/Travel Allowance (as per company policy)

Job Responsibilities:

Develop new Agencies and Distributors in assigned territory.

Appoint Retailers, Wholesalers and Super Stockists.

Conduct market visits and generate business leads.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Build long-term relationships with business partners.

Promote Riddhi Siddhi Aroma products in local markets.

Coordinate with sales and marketing teams.

Eligibility:

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred.

Experience: 0–5 Years in Sales, FMCG, Insurance, Banking, Telecom or Marketing.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Must own a Smartphone.

Two-wheeler preferred.
