A leading Life Insurance Company is hiring Associate Agency Development Managers (AADM) across PAN India. We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven professionals who are passionate about sales and relationship management. Freshers as well as experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

Job Role: Associate Agency Development Manager (AADM)
Location: PAN India
Employment Type: Full-time
CTC: Up to ₹5.5 LPA + Attractive Performance Incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop insurance advisors.

• Train, mentor, and motivate advisors to achieve business targets.

• Drive business through the Agency Channel.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors and customers.

• Support advisors in lead generation and sales activities.

• Achieve assigned sales and productivity targets.

• Ensure smooth documentation, policy issuance, and customer servicing.
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Experience in Life Insurance, BFSI, Banking, Agency Sales, Field Sales, or Direct Sales will be an added advantage.

• Good communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.

• Two-wheeler with a valid Driving License is mandatory for field roles.

• Preferred age: Up to 43 years.
