Key Responsibilities

Agent Recruitment & Onboarding

• Identify, hire, and onboard new insurance advisors/agents through referrals, seminars, networking, and direct sourcing.apna+1

• Build a strong pipeline of potential agents using the 9-pointer hiring mechanism and other hiring norms.shine

• Assist agents in completing licensing requirements (e.g., IC33 exam) and obtaining necessary certifications.apna+1

• Conduct orientation and onboarding sessions for new recruits.apna

Agent Training & Development

• Train agents on product knowledge, sales techniques, compliance requirements, and company processes.apna+2

• Conduct regular training sessions including classroom training, field demonstrations (FODs), and e-learning modules.shine

• Develop agents' prospecting habits, calling habits, and daily work routines.apna+1

• Monitor individual agent performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.apna+1

• Guide agents through career progression programs and leadership development paths.shine+1

Sales & Business Target Achievement

• Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets through the agency network.apna+1

• Ensure agent productivity, activation rates, and policy persistency.apna+1

• Drive cross-selling, renewal collections, and upselling opportunities.apna+1

• Monitor and execute agent activity plans aligned with business objectives.shine

• Conduct weekly Performance Review Programs (PRPs) and update Sales MIS reports.shine

Relationship & Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, agency partners, and key stakeholders.simplyhired+1

• Develop relationships with businesses and their employees for enrollment opportunities.simplyhired

Customer Relationship Management

• Resolve client queries, complaints, and escalations promptly and professionally.apna
