Position: Associate Recruitment Development Manager (ARDM)

Salary: Up to 4.5 LPA (Fixed)+Incentive

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth within the agency channel.

  • Manage and oversee the performance of the sales team.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with agency partners.

  • Monitor sales metrics and adjust strategies to meet targets.

  • Provide training and support to insurance agents to improve their sales effectiveness.

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
