Role Overview
The Agency Channel role focuses on recruiting, developing, and managing insurance advisors/agents to drive life insurance sales and achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Agent Recruitment
Identify and recruit potential insurance advisors.
Build a strong distribution network of agents.
2. Training & Development
Train agents on products, sales techniques, and compliance.
Provide ongoing coaching to improve performance.
3. Sales & Business Development
Drive agents to meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Promote life insurance products to customers through agents.
4. Team Management
Monitor agent productivity and retention.
Motivate and manage a team to ensure consistent performance.
5. Customer Acquisition
Support agents in closing deals and acquiring new customers.
Ensure high-quality customer service and relationship management.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
1–5 years of experience in sales or Field sales(insurance/BFSI preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Local market knowledge is an advantage
