Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat and referral business.
Coordinate with service and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery and installation of forklifts.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms in line with company policies.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review.
Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing campaigns.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy cash flow.
