Job Description — Assistant Sales Manager

Position: Assistant Sales Manager
Location: Mohali (Local candidates preferred)
Experience Required: 2–3 Years
Industry Preference: Real Estate / Property Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Manager in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Handle walk-in clients and conduct site visits

• Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns

• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction

• Support in preparing sales reports and MIS

• Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for lead management

• Negotiate and close sales deals professionally

• Maintain proper documentation of client interactions

Mandatory Requirements

• Experience: 2–3 years in sales (Real Estate preferred)

• Location: Must be from Mohali / nearby areas

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Presentable and confident personality

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools

• Two-wheeler preferred for site visits

• Exposure to real estate sales

• Ability to handle client objections
