To drive sales growth and market penetration of the company’s pharmaceutical products by building strong relationships with doctors in government hospitals, base hospitals, and other healthcare institutions. The ASM will lead a team of Medical Representatives (MRs), ensure compliance with company policies, and achieve assigned sales targets.
Strong communication and presentation skills (especially with doctors and hospital administrators).
In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products and therapeutic areas.
