Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead commercial sales for Dextrus co-working spaces. The role primarily focuses on driving 80% commercial sales by acquiring new clients, closing enterprise deals, and expanding occupancy in our premium office spaces, while also managing 20% relationship and operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Sales (80%)
Drive B2B commercial sales for co-working spaces, private offices, and customized enterprise solutions.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, industry events, and partnerships.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
Conduct client presentations, site tours, and negotiations to close sales deals.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and closures.
Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns targeting startups, SMEs, and corporates.
Build strategic relationships with corporate clients, brokers, and consultants to maximize conversions.
Client Relationship & Support (20%)
Manage and retain existing clients by understanding their workspace requirements.
Ensure a smooth client onboarding experience post-deal closure.
Collect feedback to improve service quality and upsell additional services.
Liaise with operations team to deliver a seamless client experience.
