Key Responsibilities
· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key customers.
· Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base in the territory.
· Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
· Implement sales strategies, schemes, and promotional activities as per company guidelines.
· Ensure proper product availability and visibility in the market.
· Collect payments and ensure adherence to credit policies.
· Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and market feedback.
· Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
