Role Objective:
To drive sales and business growth of Greenply’s flooring products by developing relationships with dealers, architects, interior designers, builders, and end customers in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for flooring products.
· Generate new business by identifying and onboarding dealers, distributors, and institutional clients.
· Promote Greenply flooring solutions through product demonstrations and presentations.
· Drive sales through channel partners by providing product knowledge, sales support, and timely supply coordination.
· Identify potential markets and new customer segments.
· Conduct site visits and meet architects, interior designers, contractors, and builders to influence product selection.
· Collect market intelligence on competitor products, pricing, and promotional strategies.
· Maintain customer satisfaction through professional communication and proactive engagement.
