
Roles & Responsibilities
Acquire new CASA customers through field sales, referrals, and branch walk-ins
Source and open Savings Accounts and Current Accounts as per Axis Bank guidelines
Achieve monthly and quarterly CASA acquisition and balance growth targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate customers
Ensure accurate KYC, AML, and documentation compliance during account opening
Promote digital banking products such as mobile banking, internet banking, and debit cards
Cross-sell banking products including FD, RD, loans, credit cards, and insurance
Increase account activation, transaction volume, and average balance (AQB)
Conduct customer meetings, market visits, and corporate visits for CASA sourcing
Coordinate with branch operations teams for smooth account servicing
Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
Track daily sales performance and prepare MIS reports
Maintain compliance with RBI and internal audit requirements
