Assistant Manager

We are seeking an Assistant Manager - Corporate Sales in Mumbai

JOB ROLE -

 Responsible for Corporate sales segment in Mumbai on a PAN India basis.

 Manage relationships with customers across Management Levels.

 Research & explore new areas from where sales can be generated for the hotel.

 Research competitors sales team strategies to identify ways to grow occupancy and

increase market share for all Pan India hotels.

 Develop and implement strategies to increase sale, retain business and generate

business.

 Analyse and report on regular customer activity, business trends, and areas of

concern.

 Will be responsible for generating the business leads for the company via Cold calls,

reference calls, sharing presentation to the corporates and responsible

for sales conversion (Corporates/ FIT/MICE/Group movements) 

 Attending to all appointments & Giving appropriate product presentations &

converting them into.

 Ensure smooth function of queries in coordination with Operations & contracting

team.

 Visit potential customers for new business

 Provide immediate quotations to Customers on enquiry

 Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales

 Gather market and company information before extending credit to new company.

 To ensure payment follow up is done on a regular basis

 Represent your organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations

 Identify new markets and business opportunities

 Review your own sales performance
