Key Responsibilities
Achieve branch business targets across all product lines with a strong focus on Life Insurance.
Lead, mentor, and motivate branch staff and advisors to deliver sustained performance.
Drive cross-selling initiatives and portfolio diversification as per defined allocation.
Ensure adherence to IRDAI, AMFI, and internal compliance guidelines.
Monitor persistency, renewals, and customer satisfaction at the branch level.
Prepare MIS reports and contribute to strategic planning for the region.
Recruit and Train the team of BDE & BDM
Drive productivity parameters at a Branch level
Work with the team of BDE & BDM towards formulation of Sales Strategy including activation of Business associates
Qualifications
Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Marketing, or related field.
4-7 years of relevant experience in Life Insurance/Banking/Financial Services.
1-2 years in a managerial role with team Management exposure.
Relevant certifications (IRDAI, AMFI/NISM) would be helpful & relevant.
